Greig Schneider on leadership development at Boston Club forum

Greig Schneider,  Partner and Boston office head of Egon Zehnder International, shared SVP Boston's newest organizational capacity building offering: a leadership capacity assessment tool SVP Boston will be using to bring leadership development assets to the Executive Directors of its Investees. As Greig pointed out, all nonprofit leaders and Boards can benefit from clear and explicit thinking on leadership, whether in terms of succession planning, hiring, leadership development, and performance management. The forum was hosted by the Boston Club and focused on succession planning for nonprofit leaders.
