Erin Sanders is raising her three small children, volunteering in the community and trying to make the world a better place. Erin and her husband were drawn to SVP after a decision to focus their philanthropic resources into specific high-impact organizations. Prior to having children, Erin worked as a cross-cultural trainer within Hitachi America’s management program. She now spends her free time working in her children’s schools, and chairs the Safe Routes to School committee.  She is the co-founder of LOVE, the League of Volunteer Enthusiasts, a mother/daughter volunteer group in Newton, Massachusetts. Her hobbies include reading, learning to play the piano, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
