President and Founder
Charlene K. Hyle is President and Founder of Collaborate2WIN, LLC, a consulting and interim management company that works with public sector organizations to design strategies and organizational structures that prepare them to thrive in an increasingly connected and global society. She has worked with charter schools, universities, and foundations. She was founder and managing principal of KCP, Ltd/KCP Associates, which helped international financial services firms develop and introduce technology-based financial services to international corporations and institutions. She held leadership positions in product management at Crocker National Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust, was a systems analyst and client lead for implementation of hardware/software systems for Honeywell Information Systems, and was a programmer and strategist for Bell Telephone Laboratories. Charlene is a partner at both Cleveland Social Venture Partners and SVP Boston, and a mentor of the Civic Innovation Lab in Cleveland. She is a Board member of Minds Matter of Cleveland, serving on the Governance and Finance committees, and a member of the Social Enterprise Alliance. She has a BA from West Virginia University and a PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Lally School of Management. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the national business honor society and Alpha Kappa Epsilon, the international business honor society. She enjoys world-wide travel, reading, hiking, skiing, and urban living. |
