This session will focus on how a capital campaign can help transform an organization by increasing the number and size of donations, and creating systems to support philanthropic fundraising. But how does a small shop get started, and how do you know if your organization is ready? This workshop will provide an overview of comprehensive campaign basics, traditional steps, thoughts on how to get ready for a campaign, and how to assess what is realistic in a small shop.
Janet Lawn is a senior fundraising and development professional with more than two decades of experience building and leading high-performing development programs for mission-driven organizations.
