Our Programs
We are a partner-led, venture philanthropy nonprofit that directly builds the capacity of early-stage, local nonprofits creating economic mobility for under resourced communities. We do this through a combination of granting consulting teams and unrestricted grants and by providing free educational sessions. Our grantees receive direct support through 12-month engagements and remain in our network as alumni.
Nonprofit Capacity Building
Pro Bono Deep-Dive Consulting
Champions of our annual grant cycles are provided with pro bono consulting services for 12 months by our highly skilled Partners. We build consulting teams that are customized to meet the objectives of each grantee's project scope. Our work includes: strategic planning, financial strategy, fundraising analysis and strategy, organizational development, governance, and more.
Each year, each grantee receives approx. 500 hours of pro bono consulting, valued at $200,000-$250,000.
Unrestricted Grants
Champions receive unrestricted funding intended to support their critical growth needs.
Educational Forums
We provide free, educational workshops and social forums to increase sector effectiveness.
