Session summary: Assessing a leader (interviewing) – be it for a hiring decision, or to support development, to determine who gets a critical job, or for many other purposes – is an important skill. It is a skill that is rarely taught, yet it is one which many people assume they have mastered. The goal of this lunch and learn is to provide some basic “tips and tricks” that can help make interviews more effective.
Greig was previously a Partner of Egon Zehnder and served several years on the firm’s Board of Directors. Greig is mainly active in the firm’s Leadership Advisory Practice, which he has led globally. He works across all industry practice groups, helping clients maximize the potential of their most senior executives; typical projects include C-Suite succession, executive development, team alignment, training, and engagements to help organizations align culture with strategy.
