We are thrilled to announce that Karin Mitterando will be joining Social Venture Partners Boston as Interim CEO starting November 1st! Karin brings over two decades of strategic leadership in nonprofit development, fundraising, and organizational growth. Her passion for strengthening missions aligns perfectly with our commitment to building a diverse and engaged network of philanthropists and social change-makers.

As the principal strategist of Mission Forward Consulting, Karin has empowered organizations across sectors to expand their impact and secure transformational funding. Notably, she led a $13M affordable housing organization in Greater Boston through the pandemic, successfully raising $20M+ in charitable gifts and overseeing DEIB initiatives, program development, and a rebranding effort—all of which uplifted the organization and the lives of thousands.
